Chlamydomonas

Chlamydomonas is a green algae which are contains a unicellular, motile, biflagellate. The flagella are developed from the blephareoplast known as the basal granule.

It contains of the single large cup shaped chloroplast with a pyrenoid present in it. The zoospores are also biflagellate.

I think I had studied abut that in my school. But have no idea in detail. Still than you so much for sharing that informative thread with us in this forum..
